Seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a roofing sales representative with the willingness and ability to manage projects sold. Experience is helpful but not required if there is a strong desire to learn and grow. The position’s primary focus is field sales and project management. Sales representatives play a vital role in driving business development by building client relationships and closing sales.

Allegiance Roofing and Exteriors LLC is based out of Richmond Hill, GA. We sell and install roofing, exterior siding, and gutters. Allegiance serves coastal Georgia and parts of South Carolina. Portions of company proceeds are donated to Mission 22 Programs for Veterans.

• Roofing industry training provided
• Sales training provided, learn indispensable skills

• Monthly and annual benchmark bonuses
• Company-generated leads provided (prioritized to those who consistently close)
• Industry average earnings of $100,000 - $200,000 per year for roofing sales reps

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily travel to potential customer homes
• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to ascertain home exterior needs and provide tailored solutions
• Generate accurate and competitive proposals and quotes
• Close contracts, obtain necessary signatures and adhere to company processes
• Maintain communication with Allegiance team members concerning status of all matters and ensure accurate records are kept in management system
• Computer work may be performed in our office or at home

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time effort

• Eagerness to grow personally and professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Run company leads and self-generate
• Ability to perform visual roof and siding inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company trucks are provided for project management, must be at least 25-years’ old to operate company truck)
• Collapsible ladder, basic hand tools, tape measure, and smart phone or tablet
• MUST SELL AND BUILD AT LEAST THREE PROJECTS PER MONTH
